When Data Disagrees: Proving Value in Business Decision-Making

Data is often presented as a route to clearer, faster and more confident decisions. But what happens when the evidence challenges an established belief, or fails to provide a simple answer? This panel explores how organisations can connect data to real decisions, measure whether it is creating business value and balance evidence with judgement. The conversation will also examine attribution, confirmation bias and the danger of confusing better dashboards with better outcomes.
