Whose Voice Counts? Power and Participation at Work
A meeting can appear inclusive while the same people are interrupted, overlooked or left to share their real concerns afterwards. This panel explores how communication styles, cultural expectations, personality preferences and informal power shape who gets heard at work. Together, the panelists will consider how leaders can create better meeting norms, make space for different ways of contributing and improve both participation and the quality of decisions.
